ntcImplicitFunction is just a subclass of vtkImplicitFunction that provides calls to define ``dynamically'' the function and its higher derivatives. Moreover it allows also to define calls to evaluate the Hessian, needed to decide the type of critical points, and to evaluate the intersection number with the 3 fundamental cycles in order to find the homology class of the 2-torus
